These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all products, services, websites, and communications provided by HR KIRKLAND COMPANY INC. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our services, requesting quotes, placing orders, or otherwise interacting with our company, you agree to these Terms.

Our company provides products and services related to Annunciators (Graphic, Directory, Matrix, and Custom) and Smoke Control Panels. These Terms apply to all customers, clients, and users (“Customer,” “you”). Additional agreements may apply to specific projects or services including, but not limited to, custom Switchplates and Graphic Maps.


1. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the Customer at the time of the request.
  • Quotes do not include shipping costs unless explicitly stated.
  • Pricing is subject to change if project details, quantities, or materials are modified after quote approval.
  • Quotes are valid for 60 daysunless otherwise noted.

2. Placing an Order

To place an order, the Customer must:

  1. Provide detailed and accurate specifications, artwork, files, or instructions.
  2. Review and approve all submittal documents (drawings, proofs, samples, etc.).
  3. Submit required deposits or payments according to project terms.

The Company is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the Customer.

3. Artwork, Design, and Production Process

  • The Company may provide design assistance, drawings, or proofs based on Customer input.
  • Customer approval is required before production begins.
  • Production timelines begin after final approvals and/or payments are received.
  • Any changes after approval may result in delays or additional charges.

4. Lead Times

  • Estimated lead times are provided at the time of quoting or order placement.
  • Lead times may vary depending on material availability, production volume, or unforeseen delays.
  • The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines but does not guarantee delivery dates.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated separately and included on the final invoice to the Customer.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the Customer once the product is transferred to the carrier.
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Quality Control

  • All products undergo quality checks prior to shipment.
  • Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and notify the Company of any issues within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Failure to report issues within the stated timeframe constitutes acceptance of the product.

7. Modifications or Changes

  • Any changes requested after production begins may incur additional fees.
  • The Company reserves the right to decline modifications that are not feasible or would compromise quality.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only prior to production.
  • If materials have been ordered or work has begun, cancellation fees may apply.
  • If an order is canceled after submittal drawings have been sent for approval, any artwork or design time exceeding two (2) hours will be billed accordingly.

9. Payments

  • Payment terms will be specified on invoices.
  • Late payments may result in delays, interest charges, or project suspension.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Meet all approval deadlines.
  • Pay invoices on time.
  • Use products responsibly and in accordance with guidelines provided.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings, and materials created by the Company remain its intellectual property unless transferred by written agreement.
  • Customer-supplied artwork must not infringe on any third-party rights. Customer assumes all responsibility for legal use.

We respect Customer privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued engagement after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
